Hackett Passivhaus - Studio

The Hackett Passivhaus Studio was completed in 2024. The studio achieved a 0.51 ACH which is a fantastic result for a 35m2 build! The studio has used recycled hardwood for external cladding, internal ceiling, architraves, skirting, internal door, and vanity. The studio has a polished concrete floor and a concrete kitchen bench. Recycled Canberra Red bricks were used for external paving.

The build has considered the embodied energy of materials and chose recycled materials where possible. Passivhaus analysis to be completed for certification.
