Airtight wrapping to passivhaus requirements

The Murrumbateman project achieved a 0.19 ACH. This was very exciting as it was our first Passivhaus build!

The O'Connor project achieved a 0.34 ACH. This was a fantastic outcome as it was the first  strawbale house to achieve under the Passivhaus requirement of 0.6 ACH.

The West Wyalong project was managed by another builder and Craft Building (Kieran) was contracted to complete the airtight wrapping. This project achieved a 0.32 ACH which the client (and builder) were very happy about.

The Hackett studio achieved a 0.51 ACH which is an amazing achievement being only 35m2! Many said it couldn't be done.

The Yarralumla project first blower door test achieved 0.24 ACH. This project is expected to be completed mid 2025.

This project is still in design phase and undergoing PHPP modelling.
