The 'Hackett Passivhaus - main house' is currently undergoing Passivhaus analysis. There is a lot of modelling that goes into a Passivhaus before it gets the tick to start building. This ensures that what you build will meet Passivhaus certification. This project will also have an Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) of 8.5+.
