We built the Murrumbateman Passivhaus which received 'Passivhaus Plus' certification in 2020. This was our primary residence for a couple of years and we sold this house in 2022 for an estate record price. This demonstrates the quality of a Passivhaus home and the market need for healthier homes. 

The Hackett Passivhaus Stage One has recently been completed. This saw the completion of a 35m2 studio with an 0.51 ACH, which is an amazing result for such a small structure! Stage Two of the project will be the build of the main house which will be Passivhaus certified. 

Yarralumla Passivhaus is currently underway and is being built for a client. The O'Connor house was built for a client which which is Passivhaus certified. More information can be  found in the 'Project' and 'Services' section.
